What is your minimum order quantity?
Stock canopies start at a single unit. Custom-printed runs start at 1 piece for samples and scale from there with better unit pricing.
How long does production take?
Blank stock ships in 3–5 working days. Custom-printed tents typically take 15–20 working days after artwork approval.
Can I print full-colour artwork on the canopy?
Yes. We use edge-to-edge dye-sublimation on the roof, valance and walls. Send vector artwork or a high-resolution file and we proof before printing.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver door-to-door to 60+ countries. Everything ships flat-packed in a wheeled carry bag to keep freight efficient.
What if a part breaks?
Frames are fully modular. Connectors, feet, springs and poles are all replaceable and kept in stock as spare parts.
